Runway Estates allows you to be both a home owner and a land owner. Mini Homes used to be an affordable way to own a quality home, but the downfall were the subdivisions. You didn't own the land that your home occupied - lot rental fees, small lot sizes, and lack of equity are all reasons why this is not a favourable choice.

Every lot is at least an acre and half in size, and the neighbourhood and your investment value is upheld through protective covenants that is attached to every deed in the development. The lots are private and their large size offers lots of room for future outbuildings, garages, pools, hot tubs, oversized decking and gardens. Our new homeowners love the serenity of surrounding nature, bird sanctuary, nature trails, lakes, beaches and ATV paths. We work together with our clients to design and build their Dream Mini or Bungalow.

Runway was created and developed by Ed Weaver of Weaver Enterprises & E.W. Enterprises. He has been working in land development and construction for over 25 years and has developed and owned multiple subdivisions in the HRM during that time.
